I just love all your work outs and the dvd's are the way to go. I am so excited. I originally ordered the new advanced dvd, but with other opinions on this subject, I upgraded and am getting all 3 wooo---hooo, I am so excited.
I just did step pump and jump it is awesome but all your tapes are. I love the intensity series and body blast so much and am anxiously waiting for my CTX DVD to arrive, thank you Cathe you Rock. I just look forward getting up every morning and getting in a good work out and your music rocks, I love the song in SP& J WHEN KUNG FOO FIGHTING COMES ON, YOUR MUSIC FITS IN WITH EACH WORK OUT YOU DO, YOU ARE THE BEST.
