I don't post here too much, but I'm reading almost every day. I'm 24, male and have been doing your workouts for about 6 years. I am being treated for severe depression and I have to say that with the combination of medication and your workouts(especially the new ones),I am doing well! The Intensity Series was just what I needed at the lowest point in my life. I love the dvd's because the options are endless. I am seeing great results all over, but especially my abs. I guess this is more of a success story but I do have a question. In the new pyramid tapes; can I slow the reps down and/or take longer rests between sets to accomodate a heavier weight? I need to gain some more muscle mass. For anyone who can answer this, I would appreciate it.
