The new workouts are phenomenal. I love all of them. The ab work is just outstanding. The best yet. Thanks so much for the new workouts.
No big plans for new years. We'll just get together with the family for the yearly Oyster Bake on california's northern coast near pt reyes. It is really fun, I am just hoping it doesn't decide to rain.
I've heard that Vermont is pretty, but I have never been there. Hope you have fun.
