:D Cathe is doing not 3 not 6 but 10 workouts for her beloved fans!! I don't know how she does it between the actually shooting, retakes, rehersals, long hours etc. It is no wonder she is in the best shape of her life! I am so glad she is really kicking up the heat/intensity, ha with this series. I really need this "Hard Core" series so I can hit my target weight or let me say be as fit and in shape as I can before this February when I hit the big 40!
