Just starting out Videos

I'm 48 and 50# overweight. I have the Slow and Heavy tapes and the gym series Dvd's and PS tapes that I used to use. But I need more cardio.

Can you suggest some dvd's to get started with?

Is it ok to do the butts & guts tape - as much as I can do - daily?? And then do the gym style weight routines??

You could start with Basic Step or Low Impact Step. If you don't like step, you could try Kick, Punch & Crunch. I think it's fine for you to do Butts & Guts as much as you can do but I wouldn't do it daily otherwise you might risk injury by overusing the same muscles. You have to give each muscle group 48 hours to rest. You could do something like this:

M - Upper Body
T - Cardio
W - Legs
Thurs - Upper Body
Fri - Cardio
Sat - Legs
Sun - Rest
