Just started PX90...

I'm going to miss Cathe for the next three months...It will be weird to workput to someone else, I've been with Cathe for 4 years now. Hope I see the results I want to see...Wish me luck!

I completed a P90X rotation a few years ago and I got outstanding results! The program works if you work it as they say! :D

You'll do great and you can always use Cathe for a little extra cardio and leg work if you want to! ;) I did! Nothin' wrong with that! :)
 
I thought the best part of P90X was the strength training. Cardio was okay, but that's where I would sub if you get tired of Tony.

I favored other cardios over the X cardio as well. I did each X cardio a couple times but ended up doing Cathe cardio as well as other instructors on my cardio days. The strength training kicks butt though for sure! ;)
 
I'm in the middle of my first round with P90X (week5). My husband told me I was cheating on Cathe, lol.

That's how I feel... it's only day 2 and I miss her. Found out plyo DVD hurts my back, so I will sub in a Cathe DVD here :) Are you sticking to the nutrition part of PX90?
 
Don't be afraid to sub in some Cathe workouts! During a P90X rotation, I always sub a Cathe workout, such as Butts & Guts, Legs & Glutes, or Gym Style Legs, for the Legs/Back workout and sometimes sub other workouts for the Kenpo, Plyo, and Yoga. Since I bought STS last year, I haven't completed a full P90X rotation, but I still use the indivdual workouts -- especially Ab Ripper X. I hope you enjoy P90X and get fab results!
