just recieved tapes

hi all -

i just recieved my tapes.....mis and the ps series....i have plenty of cardio tapes to keep me going at this point.....i have been using the firm w/o for a while(1 - 1 1/2 yr.) i am not getting the definition that i was looking for....i was told i needed to step up my w/w/o to see definition....thats when i found cathe's site....can i please get some help for a rotation.....any help would be greatly appreciated....

I would search for old rotations using the PS series, but off the top of my head this is what I would do......

Monday: Cardio 30 mins plus PS Upper body
Tuesday: Cardio 30 mins plus the other PS Upper Body tape
Wednesday: PS Legs and 2 mile walk
Thursday: Cardio 60 mins plus abs
Friday: MIS
Saturday: Interval training of some sort
Sunday: OFF

just an idea :)
