Just received my S&H DVDs

Oh wow! I am sure you guys understand how excited I feel when I write "I am DAMN excited about these workouts!"

As soon as I received the DVS, I popped them in and was going through the routine, to see what is involved. The first thing that came to mind was "God, Cathe is small!" The next thing that came to mind was "It's heavy"!!

I hope I last through the workouts cause it looks really hard and HeAvY! I plan to take it slow. And listening to Cathe, I will eat everything in moderation (not big on junk food anyway, except for Burger King - but I can do without).

I have planned 6 meals per day. 5:00 a.m. S&H workouts and 8:00 p.m. Cardio. End the day with cottage cheese and bran (1.5 hours before bedtime). I read somewhere you should have some protein before bedtime if you are lifting. So I will try it with Cottage cheese.

How much time should I give myself to see results with these tapes? The usual 12 weeks is too long to wait! I plan to do each segment from S&H only once per week. I have to lose fat, so I will also be continuing with my Tae-Bo/Kathy Smith's Kickboxing and Treadmill at the gym.

I hope to add Cathe's kickboxing later - maybe next month when I can afford it.

Oh Gawd! I am sooooo excited!!! I am so glad I found Cathe's website and this forum! Everyone here is great!
