I finally broke down and ordered the High Step. I ordered the 14 inch stept comes with the Body Fusion DVD. I sold all of the exercise videos that I no longer use on e-bay and my e-bay check came last week so I"m putting the money to good use! I can't wait to get it - I've been using a step stool for the longest time and I know that I'll like this much better.
You will like the High Step sooooo much better! I used to use the the wood stool from the Firm. The High Step is more versital too. In L&G (and other workouts), Cathe changes the step height a few times.
