AW, CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek::eek::eek::eek::confused::confused::confused::p

LOL! Hi Cuz! Can you believe that????? Is Allie nuts or what? :D

And Allie, I swear to you that I did not even whisper a hint of this to her. Promise, cross my heart and hope to die.

Shannon--you swear you didn't tell Michele? Swear?

I wanna know who ratted me out........:p

Here comes the lynch mob. I can hear them now. Boy am I in for it....:p

I thought I redeemed myself with my later post! I really thought I did. I'm not giving up on Sean. I can't. He's just too darn sexy. ;):p I'm going to get Tracey to let me use her gym for free. Then I can use the fancy precor elliptical with Coach Sean....

I swear, Allie, I didn't say a word.

But you know, you could devise your own settings for CC, couldn't you? Take notes and decide where your numbers should be, based on the iTrain workouts or whatever? Then you can hit those numbers but still enjoy hangin' out with Sean.

OK, I guess you can go ahead and miss me a little, because I've been too darn busy to post. Not only am I preparing to leave tomorrow, but I'm setting things up to make ti easier on DH while I'm gone--like I'm doing a ton of laundry and making a big dinner in the crockpot now (about to start that) so that he'll have some leftovers when I'm gone. I'm also still waiting on 2 deliveries with stuff like sports bras--I think at least one will definitely come today.

Hope to bbl but definitely have to start this stuff in the crockpot first.

Hey Cuz!!

We miss you on the CC forum. He launched a new forum today so you'll need to get your new password. he's asking for input, too.

Can you believe our Allie!? What's up with her? -- lol!

Allie, now, now -- there's no such thing as a Cardio Coach lynch mob. Sean is too kind hearted and he would strongly discourage any such action. :p:D

Oh Michele, I just adore you.
loveshower.gif
Will you please join our Melters thread??!?!? PLEEEEAAAASE!?!?!???? I need more of you in my life...:D:p

Oh dear - a new CC forum? Okay, I'll check it out. I've been having a hard time getting my butt in gear to keep up with all these check-ins!

LOL at you guys!:D:D:D

Michele was a melty member *pouts* but she kinda disappeared on us...of course you will be welcome back with open arms darling..PS. I heart Coach Sean.;) Particularly, CC7.

Shannon, Who knows where that silly arthritis came from? Over use, high impact exercise was what the doctor said, no big surprise there I suppose, oh and I fell on my back ice skating a few years back, like flew up into the air and fell full-on my whole back, yeah that hurt. So needless to say, my back is a challenging area indeed.

Shellers...you know what? Lauren is not as hard as Sand Dunes dude, but at the end of her workout, she cranks it up. There wouldn't be a dread factor cause you get to rest 1 minute between sets so maybe that would enable one to go heavier with the kettlebell?? Let me see if I can find her web site, Peggy had that darn link...I believe she has only one workout, I haven't done Newport yet, plan on attempting that one tonight. I am finding however, that the 15 pounder is just right, but then again, I have only been doing these workouts for 2 weeks.

Lainie, crockpots make the best stuff ever! I use mine all the time when the boys are down, I make a mean pulled pork BBQ...gross to me, but they adore it! Are you getting all excited??

It is so humid here today, everything feels "wet". Ugh. I have to clean this boat now, after three days, it just gets gross with Newfie slobber...

Hmmm...I got a crockpot for my birthday but have never used it. It's still wrapped up tight in its box.... I should pull that thing out and cook with it for Jim and I. Then I wouldn't be cooking dinner all night like I do now. I could just throw stuff in it in the morning and then it would be ready when I got home! How spiffy.

Jim and I have been house sitting all week and it's been super fun. It's like we're playing house. He drove in the driveway last night, walked in and yelled, "honey, I'm home!" It was hysterical. He's so darn cute I can barely stand it. :D We cook together, then do the dishes, then fold laundry, then,.....oh, wait. Nevermind. hehe.....

Lainie--are you totally PSYCHED for this weekend!?!?! I'm so jealous! Even though I already went I am still so envious of everyone going now. I knew this would happen with the two Roadtrips. I wanna be a part of the fun again! You're a busy gal getting all the laundry and food done before you leave. I hope Brian appreciates how good you're being to him...;)

Tneah--I've really got to try my KB again! Have fun cleaning! YUCK!

Shelley, here is the link chica...http://www.socaltrainer.com/ hope it works...just google lauren brookes kettlebells and her site should come right up..

Allison, wanna impress Jim? Dust off the crockpot, go buy a pork or beef (rump roast is best actually), pour 1/2 cup water into bottom of crockpot, salt and pepper your roast, place in pot, now dump a bottle of BBQ sauce over roast, put lid on and cook for 8 hours on low. After its done, dump out most of the liquid, take off the fatty stuff, and shred the roast, now dump some more BBQ sauce on it and mix together. Set crockpot on high for about an hour or so to let the sauce really seep in. Serve hot on toasted hamburger buns...my guys like to add coleslaw on top of the meat too...I swear its a "man magnet", well unless your man is a vegan or vegetarian.;)

Finished cleaning, just did a basic vacuum, dust, kitchen counters and mopped. This will turn into a much bigger job when we have a bigger boat!

Oooooooooohhhhhhh, Tneah, that sounds TASTEY!!! Is it really bad for you? Cuz ya know that whatever I cook "for Jim" I'm gonna end up eating too.....

Whatever. Nevermind. I don't care if it's bad for me. I'm eatin' that shizit!

Shannon – Depends on my mood. Generally speaking, I wear my hair curly. It used to be WAYYYYYYYY curlier than it is now. And wayyyy thicker if I might add. Now it’s wavy-curly. Sometimes I can twist it while I dry it, and make the curls a little more uniform. But darlin, if I don’t put product in it, it’s a giant mess. I used to air dry my hair, but cannot anymore since a lot of the curl is gone. L Thank goodness you avoided the traffic! Sitting in a parking lot of cars like that on a perfectly good highway makes me very very cranky. Cool about the interview!

Shelley – your day at the beach sounds positively heavenly! Mmmmmm… fries and coleslaw.

Tneah – I am going to get all 7 meals in today! I had to space 2 of them 2 hours apart to do it – do you think that’s okay? I only got 6 in yesterday. Finished my circuit this evening… and dreading cardio tomorrow a.m. quite frankly. I am SO sore from the lower body circuit… are there any cardios I can do that don’t use legs? Ugh. This morning I did some 4DS step with Cathe and it was as if I was doing it up to my waist in mud. My legs were like cinder blocks attached to heavy chains attached to lead. Oooh, glad to know that iTread 3 is good music. That’s what I like too, thumping beat. I like the tribal one on iTread+tush too. Makes me haul. If you want to know what song it is, go onto the iTrain website, click on the iCycles, and listen to the samples of iCycle 17 or 21. That’s the ridiculous song I absolutely despise. Awwwwww, that’s so freakin cute about your niece calling you the fun and pretty auntie. Precious.

Kristi – man, that musta been one long meeting! Hope to see you back soon. And yes, I’ll be going back to that peach, Danny-boy. He’s a DOLL and I heart him. Annnd, I have these great coppery-gold highlights right now that look mega cool. (his co-worker did that – he was too booked to actually do the color, but I’ll catch him next time when I can make an appointment a decent amount of time out)

Allie – How cute you’re playing house! Go with Tneah’s advice – that’s man bait fo shizzle. Have fun, and don't do anything I wouldn't do. (That gives you quite a bit of leeway - heh heh) <---- where's the evil smiley when you need him?????

Lainie – hope the crock pot grub turned out perfectly! And I hope you have safe travels. We’ll miss you!

Anyone know who Joel McHale is? DH and I are going to see him tomorrow night! Hoping to laugh a lot... I need it.

Hey loverlies,
I'm at school right now. Ugh. We're on a break. I'm here from 6 to 10pm and it's brutal. Every Thursday I go through this hell. :( Oh and our teacher gave us 5 weeks to write our final paper and guess what?!?! We have one more week before it's due and I.HAVEN'T.EVEN.STARTED.IT.YET. Oops.....

Ok, gotta go. Just wanted to jump in and say hi. Kishies to all!

Breckie--never heard of that guy you're talking about but I hope you have fun! :p

Allie - Sorry you're having a miserable evening at school. Now what's with this paper, young lady???

Shheee---ooott. Just figured out I've been neglecting my tsp of PB with meal 6. UGH. Got it tonight.

Girl, you need those fats! Eat that PB! I told Kim I could not do the PB cause its a trigger food for me, I cannot stop at 1 teaspoon, so I wound up using flax oil instead..not as appetizing for sure!

Allison, nope, that is NOT a waist friendly meal, but good god is it heaven on earth, have that cookin' when Jim walks in and I swear he will pop the question!;)

Off to do Newport, I am skeered guys, after everyone telling me how hard it is!

OK, the nerves are just starting to kick in tonight. I started thinking again about what crappy shape I’m in, etc., but I’m trying not to be negative. I get in funks once in a while, but I usually pull out pretty quickly. I think I’ll start having fun when I get there and not worry about it too much if I look slow and weak once in a while. I should do well with the stepping, at least. I love to step!

Hmm, I’ve got a lot of catching up to do on here. I was busy all day getting groceries, doing laundry, packing, cleaning house, etc.

Deb, uh oh, here it is after 10 and I’m still on the computer. Plan to go to bed soon, though, I promise! I think I’m going to have to give in and get that Lauren KB DVD when I get back from the RT. I was thinking about doing a little KB rotation but only have a couple DVDs so far.

Shannon, yay for a good interview! I think I’m sort of a terrible interviewee—I get too nervous and don’t make a great first impression. Somehow I managed to get jobs anyway. I’ll be crossing fingers for you!

Shelley, thanks for the undies reminder. I actually thought of you as I stuffed my underwear in the bag today. :D At least it’s easier to pack when you don’t have to fly.

Breckie, I’m proud of you for even starting this program, and I’m sure you’ll do a great job and won’t have to photoshop your head on Tneah’s body. :D

Kristi, busy day for you, too?

Tneah, yeah, I don’t leave until tomorrow, and it’s only a 2-hour drive from here. I kind of wish I was driving myself, but I arranged to ride with another woman, so I have to wait for her to pick me up and she’s not coming until noon. :( I’m sure I will be antsy waiting. And girlfriend, you have no reason to feel inferior. If you feel that way, come visit me and pinch my inches here and there. I bet that would help. Oh, and my crockpot meal was chicken and stuffing. Yum. It tastes like Thanksgiving because you put in browned chicken and smother it with cream of mushroom soup and then stuffing. It’s a hit with everyone and I made extra so the boys can eat more while I’m gone. OK, maybe it’s not the lightest, cleanest meal ever, but it’s yummy.

Allie, enjoy the time with your 5-going-on-15 niece. :) My boys are still into Mickey Mouse and Tigger and Pooh, even the 6-year old. I am not letting them grow up quickly. ;) I don’t think I ever used my crockpot until we moved here. It is a big one and more useful with 4 people eating (of course 2 of my people still don’t eat much). I am very psyched if slightly nervous about the weekend! I really wish you were coming to my RT. :(

So I might pop on in the morning before I pack up the laptop and go. See ya then or later.

Lainie, I just perused your blog--WOW, so impressed with your skills, I am loving it! I posted a few comments..:D loved little Ewan's singing, he is too cute for words, I wanna just give him hugs and kisses! And you have yourself a fantastic time! You will do great, remember there are so many people there worrying about themselves and having a great time no one judges or cares about anything but Cathe I would imagine, I would totally be nervous too though, so I understand! Take your computer so you can keep us updated!

BTW?? Newport?? Holy shee-ots! Yeah, this ones a keeper, that 5 minute snatch deal at the very end of the workout, whadda ya kiddin' me?? I struggled through with my 15 pounder, cannot imagine how fierce our Pegsters was with her 25 pound kettlebell!
