I'm a stickler for detail, and I might be mistaken, but I think, Cathe has a little more on top than normal. She definitely has more makeup (smoother face). That's a good thing, we all need changes sometimes, makes us feel better about ourselves and updated/refreshed. She's always been beautiful, inside and out.

What's more important to me is: I love the Shock Cardio Series, it will fit so nicely with the STS Series. Can't wait to get started with them.

I see all kinds of different moves, various familiar exercises used uniquely to enhance the workouts and give variety to them. I think the STS Series and Shock Cardio Series are my most favorite of all of Cathe's DVD's.

Cathe and her team have done well beyond my expectations on these DVD's, a fantastic job and worth the wait. In fact, worth their weight in gold.

I also want to add I paid around $6.00 dollars for postage when I paid for this series almost 9 months ago, and noticed that Cathe's package was almost $12.00 to deliver. We truly got a bargain!
