Just did PUB

Good morning everyone. I did the PUB and boy do I love this workout. I can really feel the muscle burning. Thanks everyone for suggesting this. I have been lifting weights for a few years, but never in those time did I feel the burning. I guess it is the way Cathe does the workout, "no Break" which I love. I went over the PLB did a few just to see what the workout was like, looks like a real killer. I probally try it on Monday. Thanks again.......Barbara:)
 
I love PUB and PLB! I did PUB yesterday for the second time, and my biceps are sore. Though, from my previous experience, I know I'll be even more sore tomorrow! I love the non-stop pace (though a little more time between sets on PLB would be nice---I take them myself!).
