Good morning everyone. I did the PUB and boy do I love this workout. I can really feel the muscle burning. Thanks everyone for suggesting this. I have been lifting weights for a few years, but never in those time did I feel the burning. I guess it is the way Cathe does the workout, "no Break" which I love. I went over the PLB did a few just to see what the workout was like, looks like a real killer. I probally try it on Monday. Thanks again.......Barbara
