Just did KPC for the first time!

...and I'm sitting here recovering. I can feel it mainly in the backs of my legs from all those jump kicks. I'm a big guy and quite inflexible so the jump kicks were hardest for me.

Wow! A great workout. It was my first 'meeting' with Cathe...I think she's great and very motivational. I spent most of the ab section looking at her abs for inspiration. ( I can just see mine barely)

Anyway, I'll definitely be getting some more Cathe stuff...if I can make a choice from all the DVDs available!

Very impressed and still sweating.

Yeah!! Welcome to the boards, I take it you are pretty new here? Don't ya love Cathe? KPC is such a great workout isn't it?
I personally have two left feet so the step workouts are pretty tough for me-although with patience you can get them down.. but Kickmax and KPC are both wonderful workouts.
 
Love KPC!! Oddly enough, the 1st time I did it, it wasn't that hard and I thought "this is what all the fuss is about?" I think it was because I didn't watch it all the way thru beforehand and got tripped up by learning the routine. The 2nd time, I think I almost died, it was wonderful!!! Now I love it and it has a solid place in my rotation. Then I did Legs and Glutes. Major OWIE!!! factor. I could barely move the next day. Much better the 2nd time thru. I like it, but don't do it too much, I'd rather do total body toning and knock it out all in one shot. You might also like KickMax, which I had 1st and love. The combos in KickMax are easier, but the blasts are harder. I personally think its a higher impact workout overall. But I think KPC is harder overall, because your heart rate is up higher and steadier longer. Does that make sense?? Anyway, welcome. Happy shopping!!

Thanks. Boot Camp/Muscel Endurance looks very interesting. I think that will be my next purchase. I already have a medicine ball and weights, so I'll just need to get a step.
 
I knew you would like this purchase :) . BootCamp will make you sweat and smile (and swear) so go for it. Muscle Endurance was a favorite of mine when it first came out.

Hey MuscleGuy that's great.It is so good to have another male on the forum.Welcome !.Now get ready for Drill Max, Boot Camp,Cardio Kicks,Kick Max & all the weight series-My fave being Harcore Chest & triceps.It is intense.Maybe one day you will start stepping.It's fun I have masterd them all.

I love KPC. I did it this morning and feel pumped and ready to go. I definitely think it's one of Cathe's best workouts. I hope she does another one.
