I've been a fan of Cathe's for a while.... I noticed she wears a black band on her left wrist. Does it mean anything?

Actually, Cathe has said that she USED to use it to keep left and right straight for filming. Now, it's just a good luck charm. She even said that she forgot to wear it for one of the BB workouts (I think) and she missed it.
