As long as the weather stays dry, I am...it's supposed to be frigid, but sunny..if it stays that way, I'm good to go, and looking forward to a fun day.

I'm in. I'll be at the Fairfield Inn on thursday. I am sooo excited. Are you guys meeting at the club or for breakfast before?

Jerry, the weather will be very cold, but dry!!! You will be there.

We meet at the gym and then have a bruch thing afterwards. Believe me, you don't want a gig meal Before the class!!!!

I'll ditto Jerry's disclaimer of "as long as the weather cooperates". I don't mind driving if the weather's IFFY and it's just ME....but I'm toting MIGHTY PRECIOUS CARGO with me. Keep your fingers crossed for good DRY weather!

I think this is the first time EVER I have prayed for NO SNOW!!!!!

I have question....

I plan on going if weather permits and my current head cold isn't as bad by Thurs. as it is today.

Ohyeah...the question....my DD/21yrs old, wants to come with but just wants to workout in the gym while I take the class.
She hates step.
Is that possible...can she pay $10 to workout and not take class?

She wants to meet Cathe too. My DD is quite a success story herself!!
 
Kims, of course she can come. I believe that it is $10/day regardless of what you do! I'll see you both on Friday! :)
 
Definitely ... maybe. Sorry, guys, I won't know for sure until Thursday if I can make it. Keeping my fingers crossed as I'd love to go!!

Hey Laura, long time since talking to you. I wish I could have come with you. I might go in a few weeks :) Right now I am just ashamed because I gain a lot of weight:mad:.

It's a fast paced 30 minutes of step (not a lot of breakdown) followed by 30 minutes of all upper body work and core. All you need is a step, mat, and a set of heavy and light dumbells (most use 5 pounds and 8 pounds). Alrighty, get ready to "work work" because "we're in this together". ;)

Thanks Gayle for the laugh :). Maybe I will try and make it if not I will come the next time since you do have quite a few get together.
 
Oh I am so jealous!!! Count me in next time!! I just graduated to the elliptical from the surgery. I am almost myself again so definitely next trip. Have fun everyone and have a great workout!! Lisa

Hey, what's the weather like down south? It's been snowing here for a couple of hours (weatherman is SUCH A LIAR!!!!!!) and we already have about 2 inches. It's supposed to stop soon, but in the unlikely event it doesn't stop until tonight & my snow guy doesn't come in time tomorrow, I might have to bail. :(

But I am already packed & still plan on being there.
