So fun to hear from you. I have so enjoyed the basket of goodies you gave me from your homeland, Canada. I have been meaning to send you a thank you since like FOREVER now:eek:, and this place is always non-stop here. Please forgive me for such a delayed thank you. Your gift was so generous and YUMMY too MMMMMM.

Looks like a lot of here are shoveling today. Enjoy Circuit max...a STS very soon too.

Hi Cathe! My receptionist just ran my box down to me. She knows I came into work today just for this (snow, ice, yuck). Everything looks awesome! I love the packaging! I can only imagine the work that went into shipping these out!!!
 
Hi Rose2boys! You repeat each week twice (discs1-3, 1-3, 4-7, 4-7, etc.), then move on.

For the 5 month plan, do you do the entire Meso (discs 1-12), then repeat before moving to next one, OR do you repeat each week twice (discs1-3, 1-3, 4-7, 4-7, etc.), then move on?

Can't wait to get started!

I cracked up so hard on the part where you said you'd rather give up your washing machine and beat your undies on a rock...that was about the funniest thing I've ever read. Guess what, my next DVD series is Gym Style Part 2 :p

Wow, you have really captured the essence of STS. It IS something that has to be experienced to gain full appreciation of it from all aspects. Thank you for your kind words too. This was the biggest ever project I have ever done. When I think back to rehersals at this time last year, it astounds me all that has been accomplished in this last year.

I had a sub UPS guy today, other wise I would have hugged him for bringing my STS. I just gave him an ethusiastic (sp?) THANK YOU and ran backinto the house!!!!!!! :) Kay
 
Also wanted to add that the user Guide brings it all into perspective, makes it seem less daunting. Another great product from Cathe!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks.
 
Hi Morningstar!

We use our Fitness by Cathe tubing which actually comes with an easy "slip over door top" attachment so its fast and doesn't harm the door. This exercise that we do with the band is a pull down. You'll see me explain it in the DVD.

Another option is to use a straight horizontal bar and pull up (you'll see me demo those in DVD too). If you don't have one, check out a local park. They usually have these low straight bars at their circuit station set ups. Use different grips for variation...under hand, overhand, and then swing a towel over bar and grab towel with one hand one each side in a vertical hand grip :)eek: warning, that's a hard one)

Cathe, just wanted to say how much I know I will "enjoy" doing STS, and was wondering if you could recommend a good replacement exercise for pull ups and chin ups.

The excitement on this forum is crazy right now - all this mania over lifting heavy weights to failure! I love it!

HI CATHE!!!!!!!!!!! Ijust got STS about an hour ago:) BUT... I can't start it yet due to a back injury X-mas eve. But it will be there when I am ready tostart, hopefully April or so. Wish me luck, Thanks, Kay

Brilliant, Cathe - thank you so much. One quick question - I have had bad luck with tubing in the past - I break them almost instantly. Are yours pretty hard core and hard to break?

I Thank you Cathe. I would say I'm about 90% back(no pun intended)to where i was before. I can't do any running, jumping etc. is there something else I can do for cardio? I have an exercise bike...

Hi Cathe! I ordered late last year so I'm waiting patiently (I'm so lying, I'm stalking this website for every morsel of info I can get my hands on!). DH and I are going to do the program together- looking forward to having something to talk to him about other than our 3 and 1 year olds! :p

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for all of your hard work. I love working out with you everyday. :)
 
What a production.

The series looks absolutely wonderful in every way:). I can't wait to get started. I've been using your workouts since the early 90's and I've always gotten great results using your weight training. I'm sure I'll get excellent results with STS.
