Just bought my first Cathe' Friedrich video

Hi to all:
I am 49 years of age and thanks to the South Beach Diet, I am 126 lbs, from 170 lbs (5'4)
I started out with some weight watcher videos,Denise Austin Yoga, Pilates and metabolism booster exercise; aerobic striptease series; and windsor pilates since February of this year and at lunch I take a 30 minute aerobic class Monday, Wednesday and Friday and on Tuesday and Thursday an abdominal class.
I work out at home and at spa for a weekly total of 210 minutes aerobics; 90 minutes strength; 230 minutes of Pilates and I have just begun the High Step Training -Advanced by Cathe. I can say I have truly activated some muscles with this work-out.
I still find my rear end too mushy (I have an office job and sit a lot).
Is there anything else I should do?
I don't use sugar or refined flour products. I am very careful about my food intake.
I am very glad I found this video. My first workout was yesterday. I hope to do this program 3 x per week. If you think I need to work out more, please let me know.

Girl, that High Step Training will get your bottom in all the right places. You'll be firm down there in no time, so keep using that video! The leg press is the perfect excercise for the glutes and there's lots of them if you've got the advanced version. And if you don't have the advance version, you need it. It's just the thing to lift and firm your whole body.
