Just bought CTX , have questions

Hello, everyone!

I just got the CTX series in the mail, along with some of the Cathe step tapes I didn't have yet.

Are the CTX tapes meant to be done by themselves, consecutively, one day after another, or should I alternate them with a step tape? Does it really matter anyway, as far as results go?

Hey Susan,
Congrats on your new tapes, you will love them. That is what is so great about CTX is that you can do what ever you want with them. You can do the cardio portions with other weight training tapes or you can do the strength portions with other Cathe cardio tapes. Or you can do one tape per day. I have done so many combinations with these tapes. Amy Jo

Hi, I love CTX. Some rotations I just do them in order (except seperate the leg video's). But most of the time I take my favorates and mix them up with step and kickboxing and strength tapes. Sometimes I'm not up to an hour of cardio and do half an hour with CTX. My 4 favorate are LL, S&I, Kickbox and AS.
I like the others too, but seem to grab these more often.
You can mix them up however you want, and make a routine designed to fit your needs.

I do them by themselves, and it's nice because it's a rotation by itself, a no-brainer.
