Hi! I have been a lurker for awhile but finally joined in. I gotta tell ya! I have learned so much from all of you and some days when I really do not feel like working out. You all motivate me soooooooo much.

I started Cathe about a yr ago and now do nothing but. I LOVE her she is no doubt the best. I have already preordered the new DVDS and am excited and hopefully next road trip I will be in!
