Just a couple curious questions for you :)

When you plan your rotations - do you switch up your style of training every 4-6 weeks or 90 days moreso?

Since you have been working out for years - what do you think was the one thing that you started incorporating into your rotations that really made a difference in achieving higher levels of fitness?? ( or a few things I suppose if you cannot pin it on one )

I understand its something different for everyone, but I was just curious......

Also, how often do you try to incorporate stretching or yogatype workouts into your rotations?? Other than flexibility what is the purpose of these types of workouts? recovery, muscle development, ect.....

Not trying to interview you here - just curious :)
