I am looking forward to the June Rotation! I really enjoyed the April Rotation. It fit in well with my half marathon training. I did a 15 K in April too. I ran the half marathon on 17 May and came in strong, thanks to all those EXCELLENT videos of yours. They are outstanding. I played around with the bonus combos and premixes in the Intensity Series the past few weeks and they are all soo much fun...
