June Rotation Question

Dear Cathe

As I am a morning exerciser and due to time constraints (and not wanting to get out of bed until the last possible minute), is it possible to break up each day's exercise, for example do IMAX in the morning and the 300 walking lunges in the evening??

Thanks
Cathy

Hi Cathy! If you have no other option, than splitting it up is definitely better than not doing it at all. But in order to shock the body out of a complacent routine, we need to push a little harder. You don't have to push this hard all the time but initially you do to get the body to say "Whoa, what's going on here?".

I know you were only using the 300 walking lunges as one example, but just wanted to add that they actually go by much quicker than what they sound like.

Bottom line obviously is to do what you can, in the time that you can, and listen to your body along the way.

Good luck :)

Cathe,

Another quick question on your June rotation and the walking lunges. Weights are not specifically mentioned . . . are we meant to do the 300 (gasp!) walking lunges without weights (since the weighted BBW is the next day) or with weights?

Thanks for your great workouts and rotations!
Victoria
