I think I am going to skip this one....sorry, but although I like HSTA, I don't think I can keep myself motivated enough to do it eight times in four weeks. I want more variety.

What is the goal of this rotation? Muscle endurance? Strength? Cardio?

Cathe, thanks anyways.

Rhonda :(

Cathe, Thanks!!! I needed a good way to transition from the easier workouts to the advanced ones and this will do it!

Hi Cathe,

I was not able to get the new DVD just yet but I am interested in the advanced rotation.

What videos could I use to sub the HSTA?

Again, THANK YOU for the time you take to give us wonderful help.

One more thing...someone posted an interest in a new 16week weight loss rotation using some of your newer videos. I would like to second that request.

Thanks agian,
Sharon

This sounds like a another nice rotation..unfortunately I do not have any of the new dvds yet, what other videos can I sub for the new dvds? I asked this question over on the video discussion forum and so far no answers.

Today I subbed BC for the HSTA, since it sounds like many people are talking about it being in the same school of workouts. I'll be following the advanced workout but I would like to maybe try the other one for 'lite weeks' when my body is screaming for one.
Thanks :)

Hi Sharon and Shywolf! I would also say to substitute Boot Camp in place of HSTA. It will not be the "perfect" substitute since HSTA focuses on an upper body part all at once before going to another cycle but it will be good for now. Have Fun!

Looks like a good fat burner rotation.

Can anyone recommend good substitutes for Body Max, MIC, Power Max and SJP? (I only have the Intensity Series, L&G/KPC, Power Hour/MIS/Body Blast)

Thanks.

ok, under beg/int: on week#4 under sat rotation. I'm new to this when you say 30mins. Moderate run what do this mean??? walking for 30mins. Sorry, but I'm new to this.

I would think she means to run for 30 minutes at a moderate pace. So running not walking but just at a comfortable pace. You could run on a treadmill or outside and then do the suggested add ons. Kim
