Attention Cathe Live Subscribers, Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing To The Mat: Legs, Glutes and Core…. Get ready to lie down and get to work. This workout focuses on some of our tried and true favorite “horizontal” exercises that really target the legs, glutes and core. So open up your mats and let’s get down!

Equipment Needed:

A full sized mat

A stability ball

A medium tension fabric loop (have your heavier & lighter fabric loop on hand if preferred)

A medium tension elastic firewalker loop (or lighter tension elastic loop if preferred).

I plan to wear a low profile fitness shoe for this workout.
