I've got three days left of this rotation. I'm really enjoying it! I've had Slow & Heavy for a few months but have not tried it until this rotation. I'm at my goal weight and have been doing Cathe rotations for about 5 months now so I haven't seen any major changes but I "feel" stronger. I'm also subbing the runs/cycle with other step or kickboxing DVDs as I don't have access to gym equipment and it's way too hot to work outside (I'm in Mississippi and it's July...working outside is absolutely out of the question!). I say go for it!
I haven't done it, but now that you've brought it to my attention, I think I will start it on Monday. I may switch up the cardio a bit (some non-Cathe cardio) for variety though. Thanks for the idea!
