Jumping back into Cathe postpartum - help!

Hi there,

Any help would be super! It has been many months since I've worked out intensely due to a difficult pregnancy. I'm left with significant weight gain and loss of muscle tone. I've been walking between 1 and 5 miles daily during this postpartum period but have been given the ok to increase my activity now that I'm 7 weeks out. Anyone out there willing to help me figure out a good rotation to ease back into things? I can dedicate about an hour each day once my husband gets home (this would not include miles I walk during the day with baby in the carriage).

It would be fab to get some suggestions.

Videos I own:
Low Impact Circuit
PUB/PLB
4DS
Muscle Max
Imax 2/C&W
SJP/SB
Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance
Basic Step/Body Fusion
KPC/Legs & Glutes
Kick Max
Low Max
GS Legs
GS BSB
GS Chest & Tris
Cardio Fusion
Supersets
Push Pull
Power Hour
Low Impact Step/TBS
High Step Circuit

Equipment I own:
Step and high step
Stability ball
Band
Tubing
Various hand weights and weighted balls
Heart rate monitor
The drive to get my body back!

I can also list my non-Cathe vids if it's helpful.

Thank you in advance -- I hope someone out there can help!

Wendy,

Check out any of Cathes rotations or Fitness Freaks you have most of the dvds used in these rotations. Start with Cathe of FFs beginner or intermediate rotations to get you back in the flow.

For Christmas

Maybe the baby will buy for you Rhythmic Step. :)

I would suggest starting with LIS to see how you feel. Its not as long as some of the other cardio workouts and is still a good workout. If its waaaay easy go for Fitness Freak's intermediate rotation (substitute WO if you don't have a dvd. and lower risers when necessary, there is no shame in no risers.) And if that seems like too much add extra rest days and just shift over the wo to the next day.
