July RTers Check-In Wed. 6/25

Good Morning July RTers!

Today I ran 3 miles and then did DM cardio and SM2. I have a new chin up bar and was able to pull my weak little self up to barely make one chin up. I have along way to go there!:eek:
I will be going out of town tomorrow until Sunday, so hope that someone else will start this thread.

Diane--Which yoga dvd did you do yesterday? I have several of Baron Baptiste's.

Jerry--Hope you enjoyed KPC today, your favorite! No step for you? What will you do during the RT step class?

Erinski--Were you on the RT last yer? Did we meet?

Gayle--I love LIC cardio! Need to fit that in soon!

Bev--The hotels ARE next door to each other. But, we really won't be hanging too much there, just sleeping. We'll be hanging at Cathe's gym.

Carolyn--PUB..I did that one this week. All (what seems like) 1000 bicep curls!

Kristi--How was DH's b-day challenge?

Kate--Cookies for dinner sound good to me!:9

Hey everyone!

I missed yesterday! Work has been crazy. Today is okay so far, but I don't hold out much hope that the boss isn't going to dump on me again.

Gin, I'll try my best to get this going while you're away.

My workouts have been non-existent, my eating has been horrible. I'm blaming PMS and tons of stress (personal and work). I'm hoping to get back on track today, with workouts at least, by doing BM2 tonight. So I'll get some cardio, some weights and some core. Then I can go back to my regularly scheduled life tomorrow. I hope.

Did someone say cookies for dinner? I'm there!

Today I did KPC. It was hard doing all those punches due to the fact I have major UB DOMS from yesterdays workout.

Gin - Erin ws my roommate last year and she was at the same table as you and I last year. I'm sure you'll remember her once you see her.

Gin...during Cathe's RT step class, I plan on hopping on a treadmill or the elliptical for the same time frame.

Jerry--don't you DARE hop on a treadmill or elliptical during Cathe's step class, mister! The weekend is not about just getting workouts in. It's about the joy and pleasure of hanging out with our idol and taking her classes. At least stay in the room with us! You can take pictures, or videotape, or even just sit and watch--there were a lot of people doing that last year. Honestly, don't not stay in the room--it's so fun. Everyone there is so excited and hyped up that we're all falling over ourselved doing the steps. Think about it, k? ;) :)

Ok, well, I'm so tired today. I'm going to bust through it though and workout when I get home from work. Only 4 more minutes until I get to leave! I'm planning on GS Legs and some cardio. Maybe 4DS HIS, or maybe Low Max blasts only...hmmm...decision, decisions.

Gin, thanks for starting us again today!

4 Weeks from today we'll be at Cathe's gym!!! YAY!

Only ONE MONTH -- hooray!!

Workout today was IMAX2 intervals 1-8 (ran out of time, hit snooze too many times)! B&G weighted core work tonight.

I can't wait to meet everyone!
 
Hi, all,
I did Low Max this morning along with abs from C&W and HSC. Then I spent the day running crazy errands!

Gin -- the birthday challenge was a somewhat grueling experience at times, but it was also amazingly rewarding! Thank you for asking! And thanks for starting this today!

Hi everyone. I'd love to be able to check in with everyone daily, but I just don't see that happening with. I can't believe that the RT is just 1 month away. It will be great seeing familiar faces and getting to meet new ones.

Today's workout was jog/walk with the dogs followed by bicep and tricep work with some abs thrown in at the end.

I will try to check in when I can.
