**** July RT checkin - the REAL THURSDAY!! ****

Gin, Rest assured, I am *never* without pics of my girls! What a fun age for you to teach. I love our preschool teacher so much - I wish she could take them all the way thru. Being on the board I see first hand all that goes on behind the scenes.

Jerry, Good for you for listening to your body and not over-training. I've doen an hour-long stretch everyday this week and it feels terrific! Also lots of beach walks too - how nice you can share that with your wife.

I just finished CS Athletes Intense Stretch. Time to get the girls off to bed!
 
I just finished BM2 for the first time. I included the 6 min. bonus cardio segment. Wow, that's a long one!!!

Gin -- I'm just getting some travel toiletries and things like that. Nothing too exciting!

Terri -- awesome workout!

Jerry -- good for you to take it easy!

Kate -- I don't need a medal; I just want my sanity in tact in three years when they go to college. :)

So, if I don't see you here later. I'll get us all started in the morning with an email.
