Hey July Road Trippers!

Today we Coordinators sent you all a "test e-mail" asking you to confirm your e-mail address for us and to give us some very basic data (where you're staying, your arrival date, that kind of thing.) We have corrected a couple of bad e-mail addresses that bounced back to us -- they were our error, not yours. All's quiet on our computers now, and we THINK we've sent an e-mail correctly to each of you.

Please check the Inbox and the SPAM folder for the e-mail account with which you registered for the Road Trip. Our e-mail entitled "NOT SPAM -- Test e-mail from Cathe Road Trip Coordinators!" should be there for you. It will have arrived from my e-mail address ([email protected]).

If you have not received this e-mail by this evening, please PM one of us, and be sure to give us a good e-mail address that you can check regularly.

P.S. August group -- Patience, grasshoppers. :) We'll do this exact same thing for you guys next week. We're still getting your distribution lists sorted out, input into our computers, confirmed, etc. ;-)
