Good morning ladies!!

Well, I like the looks of Cathe's July rotation. But, I am not sure yet what I am going to do. I thought I might try making up something of my own with more cardio in there. Maybe something like a total body workout with cardio on MWF and TTH cardio like Imaxes and Saturday maybe strength or corework or something. I am still think on it. I want to get some pounds off. So, I thought a more focused approach with cardio might help. And I thought cardio is easier to do on vacation. I have 2 of those this month..I can do treadmills and running/walking while out of town..

I haven't decided on today's workout. I thought I might do some cardio like Imax 3 to keep in line with my rotation thoughts....

Today is L&G along with ab work.

Hi Girls!!!

Oh my, still undecisive this morning! LOL!... I thought last month seemed more like endurance, so I didn't want to do another month of it with Cathe's July 08 rotation. Plus alot of the workouts on July 08 are ones I did last month. I found yet another rotation of 4DS and GS...I think I might do. It seems tougher. It was actually Randi's, who used to check in with us, remember?

I'm also having a vacation in the middle of the month, so it will be a week of mish/mosh, whatever i can do on vacation!

So it does look like this month we'll all be doing something different , with added vacation breaks.

Please do keep checking in, Vilma! Sometimes we do stray off of the rotation and still check in, but maybe next month we'll get back in sync.

Okay, off to do 4 DS HIS Circuit, B&G Ankle Weights abs...

Body max 2 cardio only BM2 abs

4DS Back and Bi's b&g stability ball abs

4DS LIS Circuit plus abs
Imax 3
KickMax plus B&G floorwork, Core Max #1
Gym style Chest and Tri's
GS Back Shoulders and Bis CM #2
GS Legs

Week 2:
4DS Kickbox plus upperbody
Bootcamp lower body circuit premix plus 4ds calves Core Max #3
4DS Double Cardio
4DS back and chest CM tough core
4DS bis tris and shoulders
4ds Legs plus legs and glutes ankle weight work CM balanced core

Week 4:
4DS Bootcamp plus upperbody abs
Kick punch and crunch abs plus 4DS legs
Any Cardio fusion premix
GS Legs
GS Bi's and Tris CM balanced core
GS Chest shoulders and back

Week 5:
4DS Total Body
KM
Imax 3 plus 4DS Triceps LIS abs only
4DS KIckbox legs and core
4DS Back and shoulders

Hi everyone!! Well, count me in on the confused about what to do in July crowd!! :eek: I hope we all continue to check in here, though. It's fun to keep each other motivated and to chat everyday!!

I'm still chugging through the last couple days of FF summer rotation. Today was ME upper body. I also added in Rockin' Body Disco Groove. Yeah, it was as fun as it sounds!! I actually got pretty sweaty. Thankfully, no one was around to watch!!

Chris, that rotation looks good. But, like Kathy said, I feel like I want to add in more cardio. So confused!! I'm also thinking about doing Slim Series and maybe Turbo Jam for the few weeks before going on vacation. Hmmm, what will make me look less scary in a bathing suit?? ;) ;)

Wow, everyone is up early this morning! Vilma, definitely keep checking with us. Maybe we should rename to "non-rotation rotation" for this month. :) I liked your hanging around guy.

I don't know if anyone saw my late post last night, but I was crazy to think about drill max. I woke up this morning and decided to do 4DS LIS. I really like that step routine! I hadn't done it in forever, thinking it was hard, but it's not really. But, I did weights first this morning, and got to the end and wondered what happened to calves and core, so I tacked those on the end.

Chris, your rotation looks good!

HIS Circuit...DONE!

I didn't tack on B&G weighted abs because it did end with the abs from HIS, and I did a whole Core thing yesterday.

I do love HIS! What a fun step routine. And I think I may have finally gotten 98% of the last sequence with the pivot turn and hitch kick!!! It feels good to have gotten it!! The circuit was all upper body, so I'm going to do the lower body one tomorrow and skip BM2 cardio the next day....

LIS is fun too, Beth! The whole 4 DS is a great series. I'm glad I'm back into it for a bit.

So hubby is home today. He's supposed to put up our little pool (3 feet deep kind that you take down every year). My middle son has a friend over. I was going to bake some cookies for the boys for tomorrow. They want to have a Lemonade Stand. Hope I can get through without nibbling...

Actually, i am down 1-2 lbs from last month! I'm shocked! But happy shocked!! Last month's rotation rocked!! And it totally encourages me to KEEP going and eat better...

Okay...off to try to make an appt. for Kiwi at the groomer!

Chris, hmmmm, I'm really considering joining you in that rotation. It looks tough, though! But, I like that there are some shorter weight days - I can add in some cardio. That one day with 4DS Legs and S&H Legs might kill me!! I want to finish out this rotation and then I'll decide. So, I'll be a few days behind you. Congrats on the weight loss!! Mine just went back up a couple pounds. x( I haven't really been cheating, though. Kind of frustrating!!

We've had lemonade stands the last two weekends. First was the girls on the block. They made $40. They were ruthless. They had the boys helping them - going to people's houses (ones we knew) and making sales and then delivering it. They also made signs and went down to the corners and held them up. Then they were making the boys pay for their drinks!! They refused to give them a cut of their profits. The boys were this weekend. Made about $20. The girls didn't want to help and then expected free lemonade. I reminded them of last week's sale. It was all kind of humorous!
 
Hi ladies..

Checking back with FIRMs Aerobic Body Shaping done today. I decided to do more cardio this month. So, I am doing 3 days of cardio and weights, 2 days of cardio and the other day may be cardio or pilates or ab work..Something like that!! I may do some of the split workouts. I am taking it day by day. It was tough picking this morning. Which is why I follow already made rotations!!LOL

We had a busy day with a playdate at the park this morning and Lauren had art class this afternoon..

Wow, a lemonade stand..That brings back memories from childhood. My little sister and I used to have one at my Grandma's house all the time. Of course, I don't recall ever making that kinda dough!! Good for them..
