Hi ladies..

Hope everyone is busy having a wonderful day today..Just checking in with Amy Bento's Advanced Step Challenge 1 and Amy's Ab and stretch workout. I did both ab sections and the first stretch...

Not much going on around our house. My friend is coming to pick up her dog that we have been watching all week. Then, Buddy will go to her house tomorrow while we are in NC and SC!!

Rest day for me today. except that I'm working, as usual. Didn't do great with my eats on Saturday night at work. Well, it was mostly after midnight, so I guess that counts as my "free" Sunday.

bad day today. An internet mom's group I've been a part of for 9 years (met these gals on a pregnancy group when I was pregnant with my 8 year old son) had some horrible news. One family lost their 8 year old son to Leukemia this morning. I'm numb. I can't believe this can happen. He fought so hard for almost 18 months.

So anyhow, got to get through as usual, but my heart is so heavy.

Hey , Kathy, I probably won't be posting until after your gone tomorrow, so if I don't *see* you, have a wonderful vacation on the Carolina coast!!

Chris: So sorry to hear of your friend's loss. That is horrible news. We had a family in our homeschool with a similar loss and it is just so sad..

Thanks I will miss posting with everyone. We are taking our laptop with us. So, if I get a chance I will pop in and see how everyone is doing...

Checking in late tonight and I'm very tired. Such sad news, Chris! I'm sorry to hear it -- your heart must be very heavy.

Kathy, nice that you and your friend can trade dog watching for vacations -- sometimes that is the hardest part about going away!
