Goodevening everyone! Well, today I decided to work my upper body only, so I did 4DS Kickbox upper only and KPC upper only, just punches, jabs, etc. I really miss my workouts and can't wait to start jumping again!

Thanks Lisa and Kathy! I have an anti-virus protection, but don't know how this one got through. I wasn't home when it happened and DH is not computer wise, lol. He always clicks on ANY link when he does a search for something and I've worned him not too because some of those are linked with virus. Hope he learned his lesson, lol.

Kathy & Lisa - All Out Infused Step is a keeper. The choreography was not hard but changed often enough and was fast enough to make it fun. It's a shorter workout, the step part is about 43 minutes. My heart rate monitor rates were similar to Step Blast, which I also did for 45 minutes last time. Music was good. Collage Video rates it intermediate/advanced and that sounds about right - also it's the intensity range I like to work out in.
