Hey Kathy,

Have a great time in Florida!!! I know it is hard to exercise when I'm with family who does not, but try to do it -- you will feel so good.

Hey, is viper on the Terminator DVD? That's the only dvd I wanted to buy on the road trip, and when I went up to buy it they told me they didn't have any, but had one or two in the back and would get it for me later. They wrote down my name and everything. I went back later and they had sold it to someone else!!! I was not so happy. I'm not sure if I'll buy it or not now -- it was such a good deal with no tax and no shipping. Someone told me I wasn't missing out on that much because the pauses in between the different workouts on that dvd are really long so it's not that great. What do you think -- should I shell out the money? I was never a fan of circuit workouts until just recently, and I discovered I really do like them.

Kathy, yes yoga and stretches (to a point) help. Have fun in Florida, my oldest lives in St. Augustine. HOT, HOT, HOT even in October.

Ivy, Do you live near Cocoa Beach? I have an uncle who has lived there for years. Yes, it is very hot. But hey....here in Atlanta, this is the fourth or fifth day it has been 95 with very high humidity. YUCK!!!! Right now we are having one heck of a thunderstorm and I best get off this computer.

Beth I think it's so worth buying the Terminator. It's a tough one, but it's so much fun.

Deb08 I live in Titusville, which is about 10-15 mins from Cocoa Beach. We just had a small thunderstorm come by. Oh great, I just hear some thunders again now.

Ok, Ivy, you convinced me.... (didn't have to twist real hard, did you?!). At least advancedworkouts.com has it on sale (yea!) and I think I won't have shipping charges. I love that site. I'm also thinking about Amy's ASCIII preorder. I finally watched the clip today, and her choreo is always a bit much for me, but I have really been having fun with step lately (which is partly why I've enjoyed the circuits more). It's all because of the road trip -- I made myself do step workouts more often and realized I really do have fun with them..... IMAX 2 on tap for tomorrow....

Ivy: I am going to northern Florida..Chipley to be exact...Where do you live in VA? We really like it here in Manassas. We lived in Florida for a long time. I moved there when I was 8. Moved to VA with hubby and daughter in 1998.

Joanne: Glad you are back checking in. We missed ya. Sounds like a great vacation. Good for you getting the running in..

Beth: I really like the Terminator DVD. I didn't think the pauses were long at all. Shell out the money. The viper was a great workout..

Hey Deb that is great that the yoga and stretching helps. Then you know what to do for some relief..
 
Super quickie check in with Power Max plus PS abs today. I couldn't complete the WO on a 6" step and had to lower to 4" for the last combo. :( I am finishing up Cathe's July rotation this week so BM is on tap for tomorrow. I will have to get up early for that one.

Beth: You are going to really like Terminator. WOW! I just went to the site you bought the DVD and you got a great deal on that DVD! And I saw that it says free shipping on all orders over $20! I love step workout too! It's my favorite.

Kathy: We lived in Va Beach for 3 years. Didn't really like it there, since it was too crowded and too much crime. I live in a small town now, and I love it! Before VA, we were in MS, and it was small there too and loved it there as well :)

Becca: Great workout! Don't worry about not finishing the WO on a 6" step, what matters is that you finished it no matter what :)

I just finished out this day with some yogaa...time to get some z's!

Becca- better to have a strong workout on a 4 inch step , then a weak one on a 6 inch! (IMO) Seriously...what's 2 inches? And how did this rotation work for you? I am just starting it.

Kathy- I had my credit card out and typing in the numbers to buy the terminator dvd, until I read your post regarding Buttercup... lol
And the fact that I breathe a whole lot better is an understatement!! It's like I never smoked at all......=)

Ivy- Ok I do watch my sodium intake.....that's always a good idea......:)
