Ivy: You're right..Eating healthy is good. SOmetimes we have to just make those we love eat healthy. I sneak it in my families foods like flax seed and veggies..I haven't figured out the colors change stuff yet!!!

Deb: So glad you made it back over here...Hope you are feeling better soon!!! That sounds painful. My MIL has those problems too..

Lisa: I bet you are sore!!! Good sore right? I like Imax 3. But, not as much as Imax 2. Both they both do the job of working me out!! HAHA

Beth: Welcome back!!! What a nightmare on the travelling!!! We will be flying to Florida on Wednesday morning. Hope we don't experience any of that!! Rest up!!
 
WB Deb I know all about those Dark Places and I abhor them.
Thankfully I have been able to catch myself before it totally covers me up. I credit working out for that.

WB Beth girl you rest up after a RT weekend no one is going to say anything about you taking a rest day!

Lisa photos were great - thanks for sharing. I'm not sure about your question about the high step - I use mine when a workout calls for it and today HSTA called for the high step.

As for me - I've been busy , oldest DD has her 1st time tomorow for her college classes registration and is a bit nervous plus she needs to get her driver's license soon. So I'm trying to calm her nerves.

I completed HSTA and I was a nice and easy paced wo for me today ( I must be weird but I didn't find it that hard at all I think ok ok those one arm triceps dips with the leg out I had to focus on ) HSC is more strenuous but I'm a hardcore type of gal anyways :p; honestly I can't remember when I did it last but I was so ready to switch to any other type of leg work than leg presses in each section - I was getting bored with all those leg presses ugh!

I got my HR up and I burned a good amount of calories and in my book thats always a good thing.

Tomorrow I'm thinking of doing an iTread 6 60min. I haven't heard Grace whooping in my ear in well over a month and a half LOL and she always gets me good :)

Oy I need to go check on dinner here - whoops see y'all later Chicas!

Hi everyone,

Yesterday was a cardio day and today will be the last week before I start a new rotation with a focus on strength and fat loss so I will be winding down from my current rotation with Push Pull this evening.

Kathy-Congratulations on doing IMAX 3. I mailnly use Cathe for strength, so anyone who can do her cardio worikouts, especially IMAX is awesome!

Lori and Vilma-I love C&W but put the tv on mute when that song comes on because it is just one of those songs that sticks with me for days. This song just has a way of hypnotizing the lyrics into your head...maybe why this is why this song became a ht...lol.

Pinny-I hope you had a great workout today. Your comment about CW was funny

Ivy-I hope you know you have the atmost support here. I thought about some major but simple food changes (i.e. less processed, more whole foods, no favourite junk items in the house etc.) I made a couple of years ago when reading your post and its amazing how much eating well becomes addictive, while making you feel great. I used to crave sugar and now can't stand the way I feel if its in the foods I eat...the exception beng that time of the month when I get this obssion with Whole Foods 365 black and white cookies...its like eating oreos but with less of a head rush...yummy lol...thank goodness, I don't crave these all the time...:eek:

Vilma-I don't have HTSA yet, but the video clips look great! How would you classify this workout.


Suzette-I hope you enjoyed cardio fusion!

Chris-103 minites...you go! I love 4DS strength and the KB and boot camp carido. I especially look foreward to incorporating the strength segments into my rotation in August in addition to the pyramids.

Hottie-I hope you feel better and that you get lots of rest!

Nurse34-I hope you soak in lots of epsom salt. I'm sure all of that soreness was worth it though! I can't wait to hear more about your trip.

Justine: Thank you very much! I do appreciate you all being there to support me:) Today I gave my neighbor about 4 bags of groceries. I told her about my new eating habbits coming soon and I told her I couldn't have this in the house because it will tempt me to eat them. I'm also glad I'm making this change because diabetes runs in my family and I don't want to get that. Also, I have Hypoglycemia, but it's not bad, it's very mild, but don't want it to get worse.

I hope you all have a goodnight! I'm heading to bed now, it's been a long day.
