Hi Cathe,
My wife Nuria loves your workout videos and I've been using them quite a bit too (yes, I love them too).
I have a joint popping problem and wanted to ask your advice. When I do a certain few exercises - mostly tricep exercises like the seated overhead extension in your Slow-n-Heavy series. If I use my full range of motion, my elbows pop and shift a lot. It's a very weird feeling and disconcerting, though it's not really painful. If I concentrate really hard and really limit my range of motion, I can avoid the popping, but I'm just not sure if this is something I should be worried about, or if there's anything I could do to reduce it.
What do you think?
Peter
PS My wife is due around Thanksgiving with our 3d child and she's chomping at the bit to get back to your workouts so she can get back in shape.
