I did Buns of Steel 6 this morning, about 40 minutes of low impact step aerobics, very retro of me, I must say.
I will do Kathy Smith's Fat Burning workout tomorrow, or I will do something else. I guess I will know when I get there.
Maybe I should get one of those gymbosses. When I was a teen I put together a workout for myself using exercises from workout magazines and I would do 1 minute of each for 10 minutes and then repeat it. It was fun and didn't seem like work because it moved so fast.
Jane- Great job on your workout. I do like to do the workouts, I am just having a case of short attention span.
