Jane- I ended up doing a Leslie Sansone workout, 5 miles w/run intervals.

The smoke seems to have cleared. That was really unpleasant. I am glad that it is gone now. This afternoon I am going antiquing with my Mom, we have o buy a present for her boss. Tomorrow will be a step workout or MMA Boxing. I don't know why, but lately I just don' want to do step. :confused: Is a good thing I have lots of MMA and Kick box dvds. In the afternoon I will go to the eggplant festival in Loomis, CA. I love me some eggplant!:eek:

Tricia- I don't have high reps, I might get that for my birthday.

Jane - No kidding your legs still hurt! What great workouts! Glad you're enjoying your battling ropes! Maggie sounds like a total sweetheart! I know you'll be thrilled with the cooler weather! I'll be happy when we get some again! Maybe they'll turn the a/c off in the office finally. I've been freezing to death every day for over 2 weeks! Finally wore my wool pants and a two-piece sweater and was finally comfortable today!

Alisha - Sorry about all the smoke! I'm sure that really makes things difficult when you want to get outside to work out! Enjoy antiquing and the eggplant festival!

I didn't work out tonight. We have the DirecTV guy coming tomorrow morning so I don't know what or when or if I'll get one in other than Fit Club tomorrow. Will just play things by ear.

I've been reading Living on Live Food and I'm so ready to go totally raw! It's going to be tough with Stephen. I really need a dehydrator. They're around $200 for the type I want. It's an Excalibur 9 tray with variable temp. It's square so I can put pans in for bars. You can't do that with the round ones. So many other things I need! Juicer, spiralizer and, of course, my VitaMix or BlendTec blender. Whew! That'll be it! I won't have to use my stove or oven or microwave! I'll let you know when I start! It has inspired me to go to the farmer's market tomorrow and pick up as much fresh organic fruit and veggies as I can!

Tricia- Just save up 10/a week for a couple months and voila there is your dehydrator! I love me some dried veggies. I had some the other week at a festival in Loomis (different one.) and they were soooo good!

I'm leaning towards the MMA Boxing for tomorrow because it includes the abs.

I'm going to be working on leaning myself out. I will be weighing in on 10/10/11 (after ttotm). In the meantime, I'm spending the week at a reasonable calorie level and not eating out. Lots of veggies, fruits, quinoa, and lentils. I wish that there was a smiley licking her lips cause I love lentils.

There should be a new thread somewhere, I'm going to see if there is one and if there isn't one I will make a new one.
