tired, I has one.
Tricia- You can have a pyscho analyst or you could have us, I think we are much nicer

Is it possible that you are just to physically worn out to do the workouts? Do they just seem too daunting? Or are you not eating enough fat or carbs? If I don't eat enough of those I get
tired and I just don't want to workout.
Jane-I hope you feel better soon, I'm so sorry about your knee/ankle. That sounds painful and whats worse it gets in the way of your running plans.
I did not workout this morning. I went to this tradeshow all day instead. It was like CineGear only a little different in that there were industry executives from the music industry in addition to the film industry. I listened to a couple of panels about songwriting, 2D vs. 3D cameras (I hate 3D, its still too new.) and other aspects of the film industry. I got to listen to one of the camera operators on the show called "Deadliest Catch." A camera operator is the person who actually moves the camera itself vs. a director of photography or cinematographer who is responsible for making the decisions about which camera to use and what shots to get. I'm a camera operator who works solely in digital video on construction sites, I'm not at the level of these guys <points to the fancy shmancy dudes on stage.> One lady said that cameras are like jewlery and I said, well like it only cameras are a
lot more expensive. That got a laugh.
I anticipate going back again tomorrow. I just don't see the time to workout because I have to drive all the way over to Loomis from Rescue. Its about an hour and I just get tired. I guess my next planned workout will be Sunday.
I made a post about the weird thing going on in my audio club in the open discussion forum. I won't repost, it would be redundant.
