Joggler's December 2012

Tricia- I had thought about buying cardio leg blast. It looks good.

I had a good time at the party, we watched the first half of Harry Potter book 7. I had a little too much pasta:eek: Not sick to my stomach, but I try to avoid that these days. I am back into my better habits this morning. I did have some homemade date nut bread, but I gave most of it away:D I am so very, very clever that way! Today is a hike/yoga day. I will do something tomorrow, I don't know what yet.

Happy Sunday!

I missed a couple of days. Friday was a total body workout. Saturday was a rest day. We took mom to Costco and a used book store. I bought 4 books but could have bought more but I was being good. Today was a cold and windy 9 mile run. My ankle is better. It felt good today.

Alisha ~ I'm glad you had fun at your party. I'm good at making things and giving them away too while having a tiny bit for myself.

Tricia ~ I hope you don't get too much snow. It's been chilly and windy here but at least it's sunny outside. I have to go back to work tomorrow. Hopefully they will let us leave early. I have New Year's Day off and then back to work on Wednesday. I had a nice relaxing week off.
 
Happy New Years Eve!

I'm not sure what I'm going to do today. Either Kathy Smith's Timesaver Cardio or Yoga Today, or both. We shall see. Tomorrow I will be back on a more carb controlled, carb sane, South Beach plan. I'm also doing meditations to help myself stay more on track with my diet, exercise, and yoga.

Jane- I'm so glad that your ankle is feeling better.

Tricia- How are you?

Any plans for you two? We're getting pizza and beer and watching stupid music shows tonight! lol

Alisha - You would like Cardio Leg Blast a lot! Glad your party was fun and you didn't indulge too badly! I'm guilty of never giving away food! :eek:

Looking forward to straightening out my food in the new year, too!

Jane - Hope you got to go home early! We left at 3:30. I came home and started my work out. We got about 8 inches of snow and the roads are okay today. I'm glad it snowed on a day off!

I was supposed to do Bis and Tris today. I set up and got started, but 15 minutes into the workout it froze and there was nothing left. Come to find out, my download had not completed on that one even though it showed it was finished. Well, after posting for help, I put in Zumba Core and did that instead. Wow! What a workout! I was all sweaty and short of breath and tired! I had fun! This is a great dance workout. You can do single songs or workouts from lengths of about 20 minutes to an hour. Glad I chose only a 20 minute one! It was 5 songs and different styles. I need to practice the moves more, but it was still a good workout! That's going to be my rest day plan! I love it! Now I want the Zumba Rush one too! At least I did something. I just finished re-downloading bis and tris and will pick up with that tomorrow. I'll be a day behind on my rotation, but I'm not going to sweat it.

Hope you two have fun tonight! If I know you, you'll be hanging out like we are! Stay safe whatever you do and ring in the New Year on a positive note!
