Jillybean!

I thought I was the poster child for Adult A.D.D. and sugar addiction. Oh well. I went from doing a few Firm workouts to doing Cathe 6 days a week, so I think anyone who did that would lose weight. I did the Jillybean’s CTX Rotation posted on fitnessvideofanatics.com from Feb. to easter of 2001 and lost 2 dress sizes. Once the Intensity Series shipped, I came up with the CTX II rotation posted on the same website. CTX was my first ever Cathe DVD and I still use parts of it every single week. I love it!!! And I cannot wait for the Body Blast DVDs! Hope this helped!
 
Thanks jilly, I doing your CTX rotation til Dec 1 and then have come up with my own personal experiment (see thread on Open Discussion board if interested). I'm really enjoying it so far!
 
jillybean, i have a question... i looked up your rotation and am wondering if the ADD biceps, for example, is in addition to just the cardio portion of the tape listed or tacked onto whatever body part follows that cardio workout. does that make sense? thanks!
