Hey everyone, hoping to get some advice as I can't decide for the life of me!!! Okay so I'm just finishing up p90x and looking to start something else and don't know what to get. I'm thinking of CLX with some extra cardio or getting Jillian's 3 dvd's, or wait for Insanity...what do you think, I'm definately getting Amy's kb surge so what else...I did searches on both clx and Jillian and still can't decide. HELP!!!

TIA...Aggie

CLX is effective but I just learned after doing all 3 months I was suppose to add in extra cardio. I definetly see more muscle definition in my shoulders and biceps.

I am 3 weeks into CLX and didn't know that I was supposed to add more cardio! How much am I supposed to add?

Other...

STS, or do you have it already? I love my STS, and am not liking CLX at all so far, but I'll try out the Push phase before I make my final decision on CLX.

I love Jillian! I just got two of her dvd's and they are a lot of fun! I did her Burn Fat Boost Metabolism this morning after S&H Biceps and Triceps and wooo wee I sweat up a storm! You can get the set of her DVD's on her website for just $17! I saw them at target for 14.99 each.....I think you should just try one of them, you can't go wrong!

Much to my surprise, I really like Jillian's workouts. She gets a lot done in a short amount of time, and her personality isn't abrasive, as I thought it would be.

I have mixed feelings about CLX: I loved it through the first two stages (Burn and Push), especially for their time effectiveness and the strength progress I made, but I fell out of love when I got to lean. I couldn't get beyond the first workout. I LOVE the cardio workouts that come with the series.

May I ask what is CLX?? Still getting used to all the abbreviations!

If you have Netflix, you can try several different workouts, including Jillian's to see which you really like! I found it to be really helpful. They dont carry any Cathe's though, so haven't gotten to try most of those YET. But it saved me a ton of money to be able to try some, I figure about half of what I thought I would like turned out to not be one I actually did care much for.
