I just completed Pyramid upper body- premix up only, and really gave it my all.

About an hour later, I had to pick up my son from grandmas....i had trouble turning the steering wheel!!! ARMS FEEL LIKE RUBBER!! I cant wait to try to wash my hair in the shower later.

I have not felt this wiped out in a long while. I may need to pull the pyramids out more often

I did PUB on Friday night and I'm STILL writhing in pain! I LOVE IT!

If you sit in the tub/shower, knees bent, elbows propped on knees, head tilted forward, you can, in fact, shampoo and condition without weeping openly or swearing profusing. Not that I've had to do this myself after a PUB session....Good luck!
