Ok, not sure where to post but here goes. I did Lomx and Ctx kickbox today. I feel pretty good - we'll see tomorrow! It's a little tough spending the extra time now that I'm back to the usual school/work routine. Have a great day. Phyllis

Done, day 3 of the January rotation. Did warm up and first five intervals of Interval Max and then the step portion/cool down from MIC. Whew, what a workout! Worked out to be 70 minutes thought it would be closer to 90 minutes! Have a great day everyone!
 
Good morning lovely ladies.... Phyllis just check in or on the personal rotation. We are keeping the personal rotation thread also because of others who check in there who don't follow the Jan rotation.

Today I'll do LowMax and the 41 min kicking and punching premix from KPC so this one may run about 100 minutes since CTX Kickbox I believe is 30.

Hello Ladies: I posted on yesterdays' thread and I am hoping to join you all in this jan 2006 rotation. It's gonna be a toughie and I need your support!

I teach an aerobics class on tuesdays and thursdays at our local fitness center here in our small town. SO....that is gonna be my lowmax for today. To sub for the CTX kickbox cardio, I ran 4miles this morning. I hope those subsitutions will be ok.

I'm gonna be tweaking this rotation a bit, since I am training for a half marathon in February.

I have been checking in on the personal rotation, but I am trying to follow the January rotation. My dilemma is a time factor, I just don't have 90 + minutes a day, so I am doing the best I can.

Today was Lomax and abs, yesterday was BC.

Instead of doing the kicking and punching premix off KPC which probably included the w/u which I didn't need coming off of LowMax, I followed LowMax with combos 1, 2, and 3 off KPC with the stretch, skipped the cool down/stretch on LowMax, exactly 90 minutes.

Burned 666 calories. I burned 596 yesterday with BC and IMAX2. LowMax is a real burner!!
 
Ok, here goes. I am committing to giving the Jan. rotation a try. I have to say I am a bit overwhelmed. I am having surgery Jan.26, and will not be able to workout (hard) for about 6 weeks. So I really want to ramp it up before then.

I am going to attempt LowMAx and the CTX kickbox. LowMax usually kills me, so I am really trying to work myself up to this. Wish me luck! I have never done a rotation before, so we will see!
 
Well today was day 3 of the rotation for me. The first 5 intervals of Interval Max flew by. By the end of the step section in MIC I was sweating buckets. I was very pleased at the heart rate check as I think I may have finally kicked my nasty Christmas cold out of my system. I added on 20 minutes from Stetch Max which may be why I'm moving without groaning. Good luck everyone tomorrow!
