January Rotation - Jan 5

From reading the posts from yesterday on the January Rotation, it looks like everyone is in the same boat as I am. This is HARD ON THE LEGS!!

My legs fatigued quickly last night on the IMAX1 and MIC combo but I got it done.

Today is HSC and the first part of MIC (hi/lo!!) Oh boy!!
 
My legs gave out on me during the last 15 minutes of MIC, yesterday was tough. I'm off to do High Step Challenge and I'll do the MIC portaion later today. Have a wonderful day everyone! :)
 
Good morning,

Had to take a break from all the jumping today. Did HC BT and HC BSS timesavers and ab hits.

Tomorrow I am trying a new step tape, then I will do HSC on Saturday.

I am so tired today! My muscles are begging for Sunday to come quickly!:) I don't have HSC so I am doing Cardio/Weights and the 1st half of MIC. I have noticed that just since starting this rotation- I get so hungry!! i am doing pretty good at making good food choices though! Susan
 
Wow, I just thought it was me being tired, this rotation is already kicking my butt! The cardio in HSC was tougher for me today than usual and I modified any high impact. Then did the hi/lo from MIC up to the high impact stuff. Full 90 minutes and no stretch for me. Will try to do a yoga when I get off work. Think tomorrow I will skip Imax3 (don't own it) and will do RS instead.

I hear ya Jeanette, I'm really dreading the thought of IMAX 3 tomorrow. x( I'll see how I feel in the morning.
 
Hi all!
Boy, it is an intense rotation, huh?

Well, yesterday, I did IMAX first 5 intervals and that was it! hahaha...later in the day, I did 30mins of kathy's smith PY aerobic party only! it's was good!

Today's workout: ran 4.5miles in less than 45mins. that was taking 1min to walk between each mile! woohoo!!

ok, ladies, we are really gonna need out soak in the tub on Sunday!:)

Well everyone-
We just have to listen to our own bodies on this rotation. I am quite hungry too. But am trying to keep it in check especially with increasing the water.
I did spinn for 25" intensely and then came beack to do HSC using the TM and bike for cardio. Now I am enjoying a large glass of H20 and a light English Muffin with Peanut Butter. ( I had a yougurt and some V8 juice 6:30 this morning)

Today was Imax 3 for me! I made it but barely, LOL. I am so looking forward to Saturday off. I'm a day ahead so I'll take Saturday off, then start week two on Sunday, next week is a super busy week so that way if one day I don't get a chance to exercise I'll won't get behind. I'll probably need a extra rest day by then anyways, LOL. I'm thinking of third Hardcore Extreme tomorrow, the one with Imax 3 and Kick max. Kim
 
oh i am feeling it too!!! yesterday i actually only did imax 3 (1-5) and 10 minutes of spinning. today: HSCH, but I'm subbing spinning in for the cardio. give these knees a break. :) then, I don't have MIC so I might go out for a quick run, which Wont give the knees a break, or spin some more. ah where is sunday!!!!? :) keep it up ladies!! we can do this!!! oh, do you want to start checking in and listing our foods for the day? I feel if I list them here, I might be less likely to binge on the wrong foods. Right now I have too much time on my hands... that leads to food in my hands... lol Let me know what you think! -Tina
 
Well I survived Imax3 today. My legs were screaming during the plie jacks. This rotation is definitely a leg burner. I added on Complete Core from Coremax. It was the first time I did this premix...all I can say is ouch! The levitations were funny as my legs never got off the floor...one of these days I'll figure out the balance. I'm mostly legs which I think adds to the problem.
I'm not sure which Hardcore Xtreme I'll do tomorrow. I am totally looking forward to the rest day on Saturday. Usually I have to force myself to take a day off. I don't think that will be a problem this week.

Surprisingly I didn't find HSC and the first part of MIC as hard as I did yesterday's w/o. HSC isn't a very hard circuit and maybe the hi/lo of MIC gave me a much needed break from step.

I don't even want to think about IMAX3 tomorrow!!}( }(

I believe I will go with HCX#3 tomorrow also because 1 incorporates IMAX3 and HSC which we would have just done two days preceeding. I will do HCX#1 on Monday to give me a circuit to start off the week. Then HCX#2 the following week.

As some of you mentinoed above, I am also staying hungrier during the day. I eat every 3 to 3 1/2 hours and I am finding that I am ravenous by the time it is time to eat. I am bumping up some deficit days closer to 20% rather than 30%. I need the extra calories apparently.

So far so good. Two more workouts and week one is complete. I think we need a little more tub time than one day for this rotation though!!! Pass the Deep Heat!!
