Good morning fitness folks...

YAY I can walk this morning, I thought surely I wouldn't be able to the way my legs felt last night!! Those 400 walking lunges on top of HCX#1 really "got'em good"!

Today is KM with LIS cardio only. I just thinking of those LCD's on KM!!:eek:

I did a 53 minute premix from KPC. I'm time challenged this week. Hopefully next week will be better. I've modified this rotation so much I don't even recognize it.... Still trying to get rid of water weight from Saturday's bike ride. Lots of water, lots of water, lots of water.

Hey Gals,

Today is cardio, walking lunges and abs. I'll be doing 60 mins of Cathe's cardio. Tomorrow I finish up my first round of the Slim Series doing Tear It Up...On Thursday I start a new and re-organized round of it.

OK, so I did the Gauntlet for a HCX yesterday and those 400 walking lunges. I am now sore sitting down; the only place I feel good is in the car with seat heaters on! the Gauntlet has a decent amount of lower body work on it's own. What was I thinking?

Today is KM. I will do part 1 and the Leg conditioning drills, but the hi intensity drills will be done on the bike. For Low Impact Step I will do a steady state TM walk. A good stretch and perhaps a bath will be needed too!

Jane I saw your post to Cathe. I agree about this month's rotation but I am happy to be kicking it up a notch.

Hi everyone,

I did KM warm up and drills, then LIS cardio, then the abs from the sculpting section just to finish things up. 75 minutes for me, that is as much time as I have today!

I am going to do all of KM and then LIS and add on abs. Time is not an issue for me today so I am going to try my best to complete everything. Great job everyone.
 
good morning everyone!!! my butt!!! it must have fallen off, its so sore. LOL

going to attempt KM today, i May sub in some spinning. Don't want my bike to get jealous :)

Hey ladies,

Great workouts! Today was KM in its entirety. I've finally gotten to the point where I like the entire program. I usually add the blast to my other workouts because I just dreaded those conditioning drills:-( (OMG while I'm doing them--I just want it to be over;-) but you know, they really do work the legs--I'm thinking about doing them twice a week. I didn't do LIS, instead I did 25 minutes on my bike.

I too thpought I'd be more sore, however, I have a feeling that tonight or tomorrow I'll be feeling it more!
Woke up at 4:15, did KPC and the last 1/2 of Step Blast becuae I do mot have Low Max.Now I am off to walk the daog - have a good one, Susan
 
I finished KM with spining intervals for the blasts and treadmill steady state walking for the LIS; It was still a killer. I gave it my most intense effort on the spinning intervals even though I was already sore from yesterday!

This checkin is is SO helpful in keeping going on this rotation. It really hleps to konw there are others out there trying to accomplish tis rotation too! Thanks for checking in daily everyone :7

Last night I subbed the Gauntlet for HCX. I skipped the lunges and abs, and now I am sorry. I really wish I had pushed it and completed the day. The Gauntlet felt short and easy! The stretch started and I thought, this can't be it! I'm not even fried yet! Good grief.

Tonight I really have to modify the rotation, because I don't have either of the scheduled videos. So I am going to do the CTX Kickbox and LowMax combo from last week.

Here's putting more videos on my wishlist. Sigh.
 
Today I squeezed in Muscle Max while my son was at nursery school. I'll be walking my daughter home from school and pulling the kids in the sleigh so that'll be my substitute for interval run. My joints could definitely use a break today from the high impact.

I did L&G/KPC premix and a Low Max premix as I don't have Kickmax or LIS. All I can say is that my butt and calves are squawking a little, but my aches today aren't near as bad as they were this time last week. Maybe that's progress?

This is a tough rotation but I'm really enjoying the challenge (how sick is that LOL). I just hope it translates itself in a positive way to the scale and calipers.

Ooh and today I got to use my new weighted gloves for the Kickbox workout. The Christmas gifts I bought for myself this year were the gloves, real risers for my step (I had been using two by fours to get my step to 8") and a troy lite barbell set. Tomorrow I'll get to use my new barbell.
 
TK, I'm finding that I'm not in near as much distress as I was this time last week! Definitely progress.

I just finished KM and cardio portion of LIS, I used the KM stretch. Those LCDs were definitely a challenge today coming off those 400 walking lunges today and my legs felt a little like lead when I started stepping after KM but I'll rest and tomorrow do it all over again!:) I feel so accomplished and I love love this feeling.

Muscle Max tomorrow with a 20 min interval run. First time for MM for me.

Off to get some food!
 
Looks like everyone is doing great on this rotation. Yesterday I got up at 4:30 am to fit in KickMax and Low Impact cardio, the rest of the day my lower back was killing me. It started Sunday with doing the legpress with the band in HCE. I felt not bad through KickMax and then the stepping just really made the pain come back. So I took today off, I was ahead one day anyways. My back is feeling much better now so tomorrow I plan to do my run in the morning before work and MM in the evening. Kim
