Hi everyone!
I haven't posted in quite a while due to some tragic things that have happened in my life. Anyway, life is starting to get back on track, and in the meanwhile I've been really enjoying reading this forum! You guys are all awesome, and amazing workouts you really do!
I've been loosely following the January rotation, adding a few CTX-cardios on weight days. Also, I'm saving todays rest day for a week-day, since I really appreciate the extra time to sleep on a working day! So today I did tomorrows workout PLB, and added CTX Power Circuit cardio portion to it (I did it before PLB). Quite a workout! I couldn't go quite as heavy on PLB as I normally would, but now I'm feeling really tired all over, so I think I got a really good leg workout

))! I'm just wondering if I'll be able to pull off Imax tomorrow... Plus I've had the worst craving for protein rich foods all afternoon. Cottage cheese, chicken, turkey....mmmm mmmm just to name a few... I got to stop this munching or I'll undo all the good I did earlier... how can this be so tough!!???
Anyway, hope it's okay to join in again, I probably won't be able to check in regularly, but it's so nice to share one of the best things in my life (especially now) with some fellow Catheites! I've really enjoyed reading all of your posts even through some really hard times in my life. I really wish everyone the best Sunday! enjoy!
