Is it just me or does Jai seem like she got more defined in her shoulders and back. I noticed right away when I did Rock'm Sock'm. Jai always looks fabulous, she just seemed more defined in the upper body.

As always.. everyone on Cathe's crew and Cathe herself always look amazing.

Yeah, it's hard not to notice how great the women are looking sometimes. Today, as I was doing BootCamp I found myself admiring Marlo's hair and wondering what conditioner she uses and then thinking "how come she doesn't age?". lol. Not exactly what I ought to be paying attention to.
I think everyone's backs look particularly healthy in this series & I am hoping I get some of that! Going to settle for my own hair I think.

I went to the Chicago Road Trips and got to meet her and she is tiny. I have no idea what size she probably is. I felt tall standing next to her and I stand about 5'3".

I bet younger women feel pressured, in a good healty way, to get in the action, To just do it!!
