has anyone done the new workout by jackie werner? I have the original workout and wanted to know if this one was good?
 
i have it and done it twice already! i really enjoy and i do appreciate the style she uses with the quick pace. the point is to keep going without rest to get a cardio like effect.

i haven't tried the first one of hers. i was hesitant but the clips kept calling me and i finally broke down at got it at sam's for under $10

I have this workout, and have done the full body circuit (40 min.) workout about three times now. After each time I have done this I have had DOMS in my legs, abs and shoulders. I have not tried the other 15 min. workouts yet, but they appear to be different footage. I'm going to be trying these out next week. I don't have her first workout, don't think it was her so much as her trainers that didn't appeal to me in that one.
 
laurie same here!!! right in the hammies,glutes, lats and obliques!!! while doing the workout i know its tough but i still never think i would get DOMS from it b/c i am not lifting super heavy but darn it later in the day i start to feel it coming on!

It's a great full body workout that moves quickly! It has a bit of a cardio benefit for me as well. I have my weights close by and start out using the heaviest weights I can dropping down to lighter weights to finish when needed. I love using this on days I don't have a lot of time and want to get in a quick, total body blast.
