I have this workout, and have done the full body circuit (40 min.) workout about three times now. After each time I have done this I have had DOMS in my legs, abs and shoulders. I have not tried the other 15 min. workouts yet, but they appear to be different footage. I'm going to be trying these out next week. I don't have her first workout, don't think it was her so much as her trainers that didn't appeal to me in that one.
