Congrats! That's awesome!!!!! I am truly enjoying every workout - I was so scared at first.... LOL... I am also wishing I did the 6 months as well. I think I will the next time. I have a hard time thinking I wont be touching some of these workouts for another few months - so I think doing the 6 months is the perfect way to go.

What kind of results have you been seeing?? I am just finishing my 3rd week of meso 1 on the 3 month, so I am always pumped to here how well it is working for everyone!

I'll officially be half way through tomorrow! I am truly loving this program, and the results I'm seeing from it. I'm also really happy I chose the six month rotation. It seems to be working really well for me as it gives me the time to play with my weights before moving on to the next week.

Here are my results so far (and some of this has to do with really cleaning up my diet). I've lost 17 pounds (down to a weight I was when I was in my teens, and I'm just shy of 44 now), 3" from both my waist and hips. I have almost completely rid my lower body of cellulite for the first time since I was born (or so it feels :) ). The lower body transformation is the one that has surprised my husband the most. My shoulders are more square, my biceps are popping out, and I actually have abs! Not a six pack (by far), but I have a flat tummy.

Again, while I know alot of this has to do with my diet, it was STS that inspired me to clean up my diet, and it is STS that inspires me to continue down that path every single day. And then these workouts are putting that added benefit of looking fit (as opposed to 'thin') on top. I couldn't be happier with STS.

I'm taking my pics and measurements tomorrow. I can tell you before I even do that, that I'm down several pounds (as in 16+) and down more than 1 jeans size. I'm stoked!

Gayle, Congratulations!!! When I'm able to start STS again, I think I will do the 6 month rotation.

Last night I did Body Fusion and could only hold a 2 lb weight - I have a long way to go when this cast comes off and when this finger can start working again :D

Not exactly. I've had to compress both Meso 1 and Meso 2 from 8 weeks into 7 weeks due to scheduled travel, so there have been days when I have done STS and cardio on the same day in order to get both full rotations of cardio and strength training in per week. But I've tried to keep that at a minimum in order to get the full benefits of STS.

In addition, on one cardio day a week, I try to add an additional leg workout. On some days, this means doing something like BMax2 Scrambled Eggs or Drill Max w/lower body. On other days, I've done B&G or one of the B&G premixes (leg blast being my favorite) followed by a shorter cardio section. But I like feeling like I'm getting at least a moderate second leg workout each week, and it seems to be working for me.

Thanks for the info!

My legs could probably use the 2nd workout, too, but for whatever reason, my hip flexors are really taking a beating with STS (and I've worked out with Cathe for ages so I'm not new to this stuff) so I've cut back on the cardio and abs a bit, too, to give them a break. My main focus is STS (strength) and hopefully when I get to my rest week, my hips will get themselves back into full-work mode!

Congrats, again!:D
