I've hit a plateau

Hi Cathe;

I'm 46 years old and have hypothyroidism. I've been doing your strength training workouts for about a year now. I've lost 30 pounds and feel better than I have in years. I'm still working out, but I'm "stuck" I've been going back and forth gaining and losing the same 2-3 pounds for about 3 months now. What am I doing wrong?
